Then we have the perfect role for you. For our Belux Commercial Planning team we are looking for an ambitious fulltime Commercial Planner BeLux in its Brussels office.


The Commercial Planner will be responsible for flawless sales cycles coordination. The person on this position will work closely with Trade Marketeers and organize their work by giving them necessary tools to achieve objectives.

The Commercial Planning team consists of 6 members (2 Commercial Planners & 4 Trade Marketing Associates/Manager) reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager.




  • Support the Commercial strategy (Trade segmentation, needs vs resources, etc.)
  • Always keep a clear global picture of all the sales cycles activities & timings 
  • Facilitate Trade Marketeers’ field work by delivering efficient tools
  • Set the objectives for the Trade Marketeers and measure performance
  • Collaborate with several internal clients (Key account, (Trade) Marketing, Field Force, etc.) to understand their needs and deliver them analyses + recommendations (such as distribution, volume, share of market, coverage, profitability, etc.)
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to bring ideas, insights & expertise



  • Relevant University Degree (Business degree, etc.).
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience would be an advantage 
  • Fluent English and French both written and verbal. Trilingual FR/NL/EN would be an advantage
  • Computer skills: Excel, Powerpoint. 
  • Open to learn new tools (ie. Oracle BI, Power BI, CRM, etc.)
