The incumbent's overall responsibility is to provide front line support to head of dedicated business unit in all HR related aspects, with focus on employees’ performance and end-to-end career management.

What will your responsibilities look like?

  • Run End-to-end career management for dedicated business unit employees, understood as: execution of Performance Evaluation processes, assessments management and performance feedback to employees, facilitation of Talent Discussions, creation of tailored development plans for identified Talents, support staff performance via implementation of L&D solutions.
  • Support organizational changes within business unit by providing HR expertise on promotions/lateral moves, creating new positions (job descriptions, job evaluations, structure placement). Coordinate recruitment activities and selection process. Conduct, analyze and propose actions based on exit interviews in respective business unit.
  • Coordinate training needs analysis, training plan execution, identify staff development gaps in wide spectrum (per position type) and narrow spectrum (per employee).
  • Provide overall support for line managers in people related aspects, monitor engagement, conduct / support line managers in disciplinary discussions and conflict management, participates in compliance cases. Manage HR related questions from employees.
  • Deployment of different HR processes and projects for dedicated business units’ employees, covering Employer Branding, C&B, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. Acts as HR point of contact for dedicated business units’ managers.


It will be easier for you to carry out the above tasks if you have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in similar position or HR Manager position, preferably 2 years’ experience in manufacturing area
  • University degree in corresponding field
  • English language knowledge for professional verbal and written communication
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
