TALENT MANAGEMENT AND LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, GBS

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Administer Performance Review process in Success Factors;
  • Create/Update and Release Talent Matrices in Success Factors;
  • Provide administrative support for Talent Review Sessions;
  • Administer Assessment platforms;
  • Set up and administer JTI mentorship programs;
  • Manage accesses and analyze utilization of JTI Global Digital Learning platforms;
  • Maintain local Learning Catalogues in Success Factors;
  • Manage training programs - employee nomination/enrollment and sessions follow up;
  • Provide data and reports upon requests;
  • Address employee Talent related queries;
  • Perform all necessary data quality controls.

 

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • University degree;
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a multinational organization in a similar role with hands on SAP HR experience;
  • Profound knowledge of JTI Talent Management process and Learning & Development needs is a plus;
  • Strong knowledge of Success Factors (Talent Management and Learning and Development modules) is a plus;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Excellent team player, open minded and flexible.
