Process Analyst 

 

Permanent contract

Based St. Petersburg, Russia

 

 

What you will do:

  • Act as a service provider to implement the approved process changes and continuous improvement of the business.
  • Provide expertise in application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution (application/support maintenance) with a focus on critical/complex incidents & significant change/service request.
  • Assist the Business/Process Expert in redesigning or adapting business processes to a change request. Assist the Business/Process Expert in designing specification, testing and implementing business process changes.
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Delivering timely and quality solutions to users, ensuring that they utilize the full application potential
  • Maintain up to date appropriate documentation in his/her scope of responsibility this includes BPMLs, Process flows, Enterprise structure and CC operational procedures.
  • Provides knowledge transfer and best practices (global processes) to end- users through support/change request resolution.
  • Coordinate and conduct the application testing (new support packages, releases, functionality and customizing) in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical team.

 

Who are we looking for:

 

  • Have an University Degree (preferably in computer science) or strong IT technical background
  • Have experience with SAP PLM, SAP MM or any SAP applications
  • Have 2-4 year experience in application support and customer service in global and multicultural environment
  • Project management and New Product Development experience process would be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes
  • Extensive configuration experience in the respective application
  • Knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios
  • Knowledge of support processes
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Good analytical skills, orientation to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen to customers needs, understand them and turn into concrete solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively in a diverse team
