Reduced Risk Products Digital Retention & Loyalty Manager


You don’t have to speak Tik Tok, but you have to be a digital wizard in managing loyalty programs.
We trust that your magic wand is able to build and manage engaging retention campaigns, and that your know how in CRM will be the extra ingredient that will leave a mark on our upcoming digital projects.
So if you feel up to the title of Digital Retention & Loyalty grand master, gather all your spell books, because we plan on going big, so all your skills and talents are required.

What you’ll do:
•    Lead the loyalty strategy, plan development & implementation; drive local digital retention campaigns, objectives and agency/ies management, while effectively managing the allocated budgets
•    Architecture, mechanics and implementation of loyalty programs
•    Member-get-member development & implementation
•    Orders subscription & delivery management
•    Support in CRM strategy, communication development, database management
•    Continuously monitor and assess KPIs, effectiveness and optimize results, to achieve acquisition goals and objectives

The skills you’ll need:
•    University graduate; degree in Marketing, Communication or Business represents a plus
•    3-5-year experience in Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing with exposure to Digital projects and proven track record in successful fulfilment of complex projects involving several internal & external parties 
•    Digital loyalty campaigns background is considered a plus 
•    Strong analytical and project management skills: ability to plan, set expectations, make and meet commitments
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure, planning, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
•    Ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
•    Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
•    Fluent English – strong communication skills (presenting, written and spoken)
