Reduced Risk Products Consumer Experience Specialist
We are looking for someone passionate, willing to learn and aiming for a new and exciting challenge to join RRP (Reduced Risk Products) team!
What you’ll do:
• Effectively manage the development & implementation of consumer-centric engagement and inspirational activation initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and proactive tools:
-
- planning, development & implementation of best-in-class Consumer Care in alignment with RRP brand strategy; managing the RRP product enquiries & complaints handling process;
- consumer activation initiatives/programs for any stages of the Consumer Journey in a full omnichannel way, from awareness through to loyalty and loyalty through merchandising, retail, Brand Ambassadors, and digital touchpoints amongst others;
• Work closely with the RRP team developing the communication and activation localized strategy & necessary tools;
• Ensure support for the RRP Digital team for the local digital campaigns development & implementation and for the CRM communication development, database management;
• Proactively engage with other functions to drive effective tools and initiatives' implementation;
• Effectively plan, manage and control the usage of budgets and other resources allocated for the implementation of the respective initiatives;
• Monitor & assess KPIs’ effectiveness and support in optimizing the results, while working in close collaboration with the RRP team.
The skills you’ll need:
• University graduate; degree in Marketing, Communication or Business represents a plus
• 3-5-year experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales, with proven track record in successful fulfilment of complex projects involving several internal & external parties
• Commercial and financial acumen and experience are essential
• Experience in Consumer Care marketing projects is considered a plus
• Passion and ability to demonstrate initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Strong analytical and project management skills: ability to plan, set expectations, make and meet commitments
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, planning, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
• Self-disciplined, organized, result-oriented, willing to take responsibility
• Proficiency in English & strong communication skills (presenting, written and spoken)
