                                 HoReCa & Events Manager 

   

What this position is about:  

 

 As a HoReCa & Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic HoReCa and event plan to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable partnership growth. With a data-driven and strategic approach, you will monitor the existing HoReCa universe, market trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities to continuously expand strategic partnerships.  A key part of your role will be developing event strategies for each brand, managing the HoReCa and event portfolio, contracting budgets and ensuring high-impact marketing initiatives.  You will lead a team to deliver best-in-class consumer engagement, drive excellent brand presence and visibility, and ensure flawless execution of promotions and activations in HoReCa channel and at events.  

 

What you will do - Responsibilities:   

 

  • Identify and establish partnerships with HoReCa outlets and event organizers to build brand presence in the channel.  

  • Develop and coordinate execution of the national HoReCa & Events strategy, including partnership development, management of brand communication and consumer engagement programs. 

  • Lead contract negotiations, budget planning, and financial control to maximize ROI. 

  • Drive development of an annual plan of events in line with brand strategies and objectives, proposing special activations according to market trends and ensuring maximum effectiveness of 1-2-1 brand mechanics. 

  • Oversee marketing activations, promotions, and merchandising across HoReCa locations and events. 

  • Manage and mentor the HoReCa & Events team, ensuring effective execution and high performance.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 

  

Who we are looking for – Requirements:  

 

  • University degree  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HoReCa channel, event management, or a related field, preferably in a BTL agency or FMCG company

  • Fluent English and Bulgarian language

  • Proven track record in contracting, budget control, and ROI-driven decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of HoReCa trends, event marketing, and consumer engagement strategies

  • Experience in team management, stakeholder engagement, and agency coordination

  • Flexibility to travel and a valid B driver’s license
