Marketing Executive

 

The key objective of this position is to drive the business agenda by delivering successful in-market execution of the various commerce plans through close collaboration with key stakeholders, while supporting the development of portfolio & trade commerce strategies.

 

As the Marketing Executive, you will: 

  • Partner with multiple functions involved in the development of new product & packaging to ensure smooth market implementation, and support the delivery of commercial KPIs by driving the execution of 360 trade activation plans.
  • Support the development of portfolio strategy across all GFBs by analyzing commerce and sales data to understand key market trends and insights. Support market business reviews with HQ and Region.
  • Propose the content development of digital platforms (ex. trade mobile app) to drive trade communication on JTI's portfolio as well as industry information.
  • Manage the execution of selective trade commerce programs to strengthen partnerships with key retailers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop various commercial collaterals within the allocated budget. Ensure the tracking and consolidation of  department's budget.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in an FMCG operating environment in Singapore. Prior experience in B2B commerce & tobacco category is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and Chinese is desired.
  • Experience in the planning and execution of new product launch & trade related initiatives. Understanding of marketing and sales data analysis is necessary.  Proficient in MS Office.
