Position Purpose:

To assure and maintain the correct product specifications and respective BOM information implementations while managing Quality Procedures, Maintain Quality system support, effective communication within GSC and RD, Market.



Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead effectively material changes process, shelf life of the related materials.
  • Responsible for material testing and coordination of the trial with planning, production and engineering. announces the results of the trials for the spec & run ability confirmation.
  • Follow prototype productions and coordinate tests requests by customers as well as to follow up consequent steps such as sample shipments to R&D and third party laboratories.
  • Lead incoming Specification approval and coordinate inside the factory.
  • Maintain the development of QC operation procedure to cover M&P and Primary and IMI with Internal targets and limits.
  • To support the achievement of targeted quality KPI's, as well as manufacturing KPI's , ISO 9001:2015 integration process.
  • Follow the main data input sources:
    • R&D QA Evaluation Results.
    • Collaborative Studies.
  • Follow NPD process through weekly and monthly reporting and meeting within GSC to share market direction and up to date information.
  • Support QC to develop QME calibration plan and maintenance.
  • Lead IMI process for Casing and Flavors, NTM management and Incoming Leaf for all received material within factory scope and lead related quality issue investigation.
  • Ensure documentation control for all QA records and training.
  • Follow other tasks assigned by direct manager.


Job Prerequisites:

  • University degree, preferably in Sience or Engineering or any equivalent degree.                      
  • +3 years' of Quality experience.
  • Excellent Proficiency level of English & Arabic language; Microsoft Office Applications.
