Spare Parts Engineer
What this position is about – Purpose:
Lead and manage production machinery spare parts, Non BOM materials and services budgets within ASP targets, control inventory level to not exceed planned target, dealing with spare parts or services suppliers regarding to delivery and service in appropriate time, drive communication regarding to NCR reports regarding to spare parts quality, support in all ISO requirements for spare parts ordering or PM implementation procedures or other improvements requirements, EHS, quality and productivity support to be complying in their requirements, minimize spare part turn over.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Spare parts management to ensure production machines run ability, categorize spare parts ordering due to spare parts type and urgency (ABC classification) and reduce WO to minimum
- Work with PPO representative to have best deals with the key suppliers and ensure highest quality, lowest price and shortest delivery time
- Fulfill all requirements related to PM or spare parts procedures related to ISO requirements and other requirements
- Provide monthly visualized deployments for Spare part consumption and inventory to the Management team and to PM pillar and follow up the improvement projects to tackle the main consumables
- Contribute to achieve the factory KPIs, support continual improvement for EHS, Energy & Quality management systems and ensure comply with code of conduct, legal & other requirements
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- Mechanical OR Electrical BCs degree or higher education in business related studies
- Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance Spare part management, TPM/IWS/lean/6 sigma. FMCG is preferable
- Arabic and Business English language for effective verbal and written communication
- PC, Microsoft Office applications (Especially Excel, PP, Power BI)
