About the Role
As a Strategic Insights Trainee, you will work closely with internal teams to collect, preprocess, and analyze consumer behavior data. You will also assist in tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards, and monitoring marketing activities to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and a collaborative mindset to share insights and support strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from various internal teams using Excel
- Use Python to preprocess and clean consumer behavior datasets, ensuring data accuracy and readiness for analysis
- Support the tracking and analysis of KPIs for RRP-related projects
- Help maintain Power BI dashboards and regular reporting to monitor business performance and identify trends
- Assist in monitoring ongoing marketing activities to assess effectiveness and alignment with business goals
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis through data analysis and consumer research to evaluate market impact and consumer response
- Work closely with the SF team and other marketing teams to gather inputs and consolidate data
- Develop and present clear, data-driven insights to support strategic planning and team alignment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor in Statistics or fields related to Data Analysis
- 1+ years of FMCG marketing experience would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Strong analytical thinking and a basic understanding of data structures
- Exposure to Python for basic data analysis or a strong interest in learning it
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to learn, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
