Position Purpose
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing key digital initiatives, with a particular focus on Ploom digital acquisition & retention activities and expansion into third-party e-commerce channels. This role is integral to driving consumer engagement, enhancing loyalty, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Loyalty and Referral Programs: Manage end-to-end loyalty and referral initiatives, including Members Get Members (MGM) and Ploom Club, to maximize customer lifecycle value.

E-Commerce Expansion: Identify new channel opportunities and manage RRP portfolio & promotional activities in key third-party marketplaces.

Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online promotional campaigns across owned and third-party platforms.

Data Analytics: Monitor and optimize campaign and sales performance using data analytics and user insights.

Budget Management: Manage and monitor the digital budget, ensuring ROI and proper evaluation of activation programs.
What We're Looking For

Education: University degree with a high standard.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in FMCG, with knowledge of e-commerce, third-party online platforms, and digital marketing preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools.

Experience in global stakeholder management, business planning, and vendor management.

Knowledge of digital consumer experience best practices and ability to address consumer pain points.

Familiarity with agile methodologies, Power BI, and SW development is a plus.

Languages: Fluent in English and Korean.
