[Position Purpose]

We are looking for bright and ambitious people who seeks to develop and become an expert in RRP (Reduced Risk Products) category and Brand Marketing with focus on all elements of marketing mix including commercial, brand and product strategy development and implementation to strengthen our brand equity and awareness building. 

This position offers a wide range of consumer and trade marketing experience supporting to accumulate business skillsets, to succeed in the organization.   • Assist RRP Brand Manager (BM) in development of commercial strategy and all elements of the marketing mix for existing and new RRP brands (Ploom and others) to streghten brand awareness and equity ensuring alignment of brand positioning as defined by RRP Global Brand Group and legally compliant.
  • Lead development of RRP brand positioning and communication strategy for Korea market to ensure execution excellence and impactful delivery of brand message in local language. 
  • Responsible for development of brand & operational guidelines and distribution to internal/external stakeholders
  • Responsible for all contact with global/local agency and management of projects contracted to agencies. Manage time-lines and negotiates communication budgets allocated to agencies. 
  • Monitor and analyze industry dynamics including consumer / product segmentations and identify key business opportunities.
  • Together with BM, work closely with cross functions, Region, and RRP Global Brand Group to align on the direction for a successful launch and execution with high quality and in timely manner.
  • Perform other assignments or special projects based on business needs as well as ensure effective utilization of brand budget as aligned. 



  • 3 years + with relevant marketing experiences in the Consumer Goods Sector and/or Marketing Agency, latest position as associate level preferred
  • Cross-cultural and functional project experience
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
  • Has strong agency and project management skills
  • Solid experience in strategic planning (brand & product planning, marketing mix) with good understanding of operational constraints and strong executional reflex
  • Fluent written and spoken Korean and English 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
