About the Role
As a P&C Trainee, you will support the People & Culture team in recruitment, talent development, employee relations, employer branding, and learning & development initiatives. This traineeship provides an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge, collaborate with professionals, and develop your skills within an international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in preparing job announcements for newcomers, transfers, and promotions in collaboration with GBS and Field Force.
- Talent Development: Support talent management activities such as "My Way" and the newcomer onboarding program.
- Employer Value Proposition Initiatives: Contribute to employer branding activities such as Townhall, Traineeship Programs, and other initiatives under EVP.
- Global Projects: Collaborate on JTI global projects like the Inspire Award and Employee Engagement Survey.
- Training Program Execution: Assist in the execution and administrative preparations for training programs.
- Employee Relations Support: Provide administrative support to the ER team for successful program execution.
- Office-Field Force Communication: Assist the line manager in initiatives aimed at improving communication between the office and Field Force.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Internship experience in any field is welcomed; fresh graduates are also considered if they demonstrate an exceptional attitude and passion. Experience in a global company (FMCG) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with additional tools is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
