P&C Business Service Associate (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Office Environment Optimization: Manage company fixed assets from purchasing to disposal according to company strategy and ensure all facilities are managed in an optimized way in terms of its operation & cost, especially for office/canteen supplies, ad hoc maintenance construction, postal/cleaning services etc. Manage the office lease contract with the continuous communication with the landlord & real estate agency to ensure the most favorable working environment based on the market situation. 
  • Car Fleet Management: Identify & assess EHS policy & procedures and ensure it to be compliant with local, regional, and global EHS requirements with the most updated version. Regularly monitor/report health and safety performance & issues, as stiving for eliminating the possibility of any occupational injury & illness through continuous compliance audit, market benchmark, leverage of vendors, and communication with region/global team. Constantly reinforce the importance of EHS requirements & individual responsibility to all employees and contribute for developing the healthy & safe working environment. 
  • EHS Compliance: Identify & assess EHS policy & procedures and ensure it to be compliant with local, regional, and global EHS requirements with the most updated version. Regularly monitor/report health and safety performance & issues, as stiving for eliminating the possibility of any occupational injury & illness through continuous compliance audit, market benchmark, leverage of vendors, and communication with region/global team. Constantly reinforce the importance of EHS requirements & individual responsibility to all employees and contribute for developing the healthy & safe working environment. 
  • Budget Management: Ensure the most optimized budget usage for all areas and keep the accurate records. When needed, consult with line manager before the execution of budget. Plan and forecast the relevant budget for effective business operation.
  • Collaboration & Guidance: Work closely with Office Administrator and provide the proper guidance especially for office environment related duties, such as reception tasks, office/canteen supplies, ad hoc maintenance construction etc. 
  • Other Tasks: Manage various projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of strong EHS or General Affairs experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
