Logistics Manager, Global Travel Retail
The Logistics Manager for Global Travel Retail will manage the end-to-end sales order processing and the customer service and logistics operations for the assigned territories to fulfill market demands. The Logistics Manager ensures that a strong rapport and professional relationship is maintained with all customers, processing orders and delivering accurately and efficiently according to JTI global standards.
As the Logistics Manager for Global Travel Retail, you will be responsible for the following:

Order-to-Cash Management: Oversees the entire Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and stock allocation through collaboration with Area Sales and Supply Planners.

Logistics and Repackaging Coordination: Works with logistics providers and warehouses to optimize delivery, manage repackaging processes for marketing and compliance, and establish logistic flows for new customers and destinations.

Data and Customer Service Management: Ensures accurate customer data processing, maintains communication with customers for pre-sales and post-sales support, and resolves complaints regarding product issues.

Business Support and Process Improvement: Guides the Regional Sales Team in customer setup and product introduction, manages SAP pricing updates, and standardizes processes while analyzing workflows for optimization opportunities.
Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in customer service, process management, and logistics within multinational FMCG or travel retail industries, with cross-cultural and cross-functional exposure.

Skills: Detail-oriented, organized multitasker with excellent prioritization and communication skills in English and Korean. Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, EDI, and MS Office for efficient operations.

Leadership: Strong in coaching, negotiation, people management, and problem-solving within high-volume environments.
