[Purpose]

The incumbent is responsible for the prompt delivery of IT services to support business operations, and for the timely resolution of reported incidents, in collaboration with internal and external IT subject matter experts. He/She provides necessary support for the timely completion of regular and prompt IT procurement processes and is responsible for maintaining IT assets and executing IT procurement activities.

 

[PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES]

Service Delivery Management / Operational Support  

  • Coordinate the prompt delivery of required IT service requests to support business operations
  • Perform timely reporting incidents, working closely with relevant IT subject matter experts for prompt resolution, in line with the established operational support model
  • Execute required maintenance activities to ensure stable and reliable performance
  • Apply required updates and fixes, ensuring minimum impact on business operations

 

Fnancial management

  • Coordinate relevant procurement and billing-related tasks, ensuring adherence to Operating Guidelines, policies and procedures, and J-Sox controls.
  • Execute prompt PR/PO/invoicing according to PPO policies and procedures

 

IT administration

  • Responsible for administering IT assets in the Market.
  • Specific tasks include maintaining an up-to-date IT inventory, and timely software license renewal and hardware replacement/procurement

 

[SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE]

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Fluency in written English and basic level of spoken English
  • Working experiences in IT service desk or helpdesk
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Documentation skill
  • IT admin experiences and understanding ITIL
  • Preferably 2 years or over for IT experience in FMCG industry
