About the Role
As a Finance Control Trainee, you will support the Finance Control team in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and assisting in financial preparation at both local and global levels. This entry-level position provides a solid foundation for developing expertise in financial control processes and systems within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Contribute to various financial projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Process Documentation: Assist in documenting financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Internal Controls Maintenance: Support the maintenance and development of internal controls to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Transactional Activities: Monitor departmental spending and budgets, and act as the central point for P2P (Procure-to-Pay) activities within the FC team using SAP. Analyze transactions under General Ledger (GL) review and highlight key items requiring action during period closing.
- Hands-on Learning: Gain opportunities to participate in FC team activities such as financial reporting, accounts payable, and the development of financial policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CAT/ACCA certification is welcome.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Korean, with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a dynamic corporate environment.
