Position Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for control credit given to KA and GT customers ensuring timely collection as well as development and enhancement of credit sales, collection, and reporting system. The incumbent is also responsible for setting up banking facilities, maintaining DBDI user access, daily CF management including CF projection, intercompany cross charge and payment of AP.

Main Areas of Responsibility
1. Cash Collection Control 
- Ensure BFA prepares cash reconciliation report accurately and follows up aging variances timely
- Escalate any material variances/non-compliance
- Check real aging data from DSD on daily basis using "Aging" report and ensure no material balances- Manage cash collection vendor and cash deposit process, strive for efficiencies in cash collection area

2. Credit Limit Management
- Maintain local credit policy and procedures and ensure the compliance
- Manage credit scheme effectively, supporting the company to grow sales and market share, while ensuring appropriate level of control in place, keeping bad debt / overdue balance within acceptable levels
- Review and calculate credit limit for KA and GT customers and obtain necessary approval as per policies before setting the limits in SAP/DSD - Prepare and submit credit report to HQ on monthly basis
- Monitor credit limit utilization of customer who were given credit terms and initiate reduction/cancellation of credit limits where necessary

3. Accounts Receivable Control
- Ensure that any discrepancies between Key Account customer payments vs. issued invoices are escalated and followed-up as per Key Account Credit Management Policy
- Reporting overdue balances by customers on weekly basis, enabling branches to collect AR timely
- Initiating approval for write-off of bad debts/forged bills in SAP/DSD
- Reviewing aging negative AR balances in General Trade and following-up with branches for refund to customers
- Perform AR closing for 15 branches in line with month-end closing timeline
- Prepare monthly AR confirmation reports for GT and KA customers, obtain signed confirmation from Finance Controller and CFO

4. Customer Master Data management
- Ensure that customer master data is maintained in SAP/DSD and perform checks on regular basis if customer's business status of General Trade reflects reality
- Ensures that all new customers/existing customers' new locations are screened in JTI SPL tool and record SPL reference numbers in customer master data file

5. DSO-related process improvement
- Serve as DSD Power User in Finance side, provide feedback to relevant departments for any changes made in DSD
- Review DSO-related policies and procedures
- Constantly seeks opportunities for DSD process improvement
- Backs-up AR Accountant in all activities

6. Treasury
- Set-up banking facilities approved via ITR including borrowing agreement and DBDI user ID maintenance
- Execute ST borrowing, investment, and bank guarantee for imported inventory, Flexible Benefit and ad-hoc requirements.
- Ensure bank balance at month-end is reconciled before month-end closing and archive bank statements
- Ensure AP payment timely and review payment run
- Daily Cashflow management including 12 months cashflow projection

7. Other responsibilities
- Fidelity Insurance data preparation
- SOX Control Owner in AR area- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
-Involve Finance Controller team's project



Education : University degree in Accounting or Finance

Work & Key Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting

Languages & Computer Skills
: Advanced Excel skills
: Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
: Good knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
: Advanced English, fluent Korean
: Attention to details
