Commercial Planning Manager

Are you ready to make a real impact? We are seeking a strategic Commercial Planning Manager to drive sales forecasting, budget planning, and ROI evaluation, all while ensuring flawless commercial execution and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Be the architect of operational excellence, aligning sales strategies with business goals and shaping the future of success. 

Key Responsibilities

• Field Execution and Audit Design: Develop audit and performance frameworks to track sales activity effectiveness. Monitor audit compliance and provide insights for operational improvement.
• Sales Forecasting & Volume & Budget Planning: Lead forecasting and demand simulations to guide sales target setting. Align commercial budgets with business targets and resource capacity.
• Cycle & Calendar Management: Plan and oversee execution cycles based on brand and market activation plans. Ensure timing, rhythm, and visibility of cycle plans are maintained across regions.
• ROI Evaluation & Optimization: Coordinate ROI simulation and scenario planning to evaluate sales investments. Review and report performance by channel/category to drive efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment between sales, key account, and finance for performance-based decision-making. Consolidate commercial planning insights and share with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of commercial planning experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data analysis skills.
