What this position is about?


Reporting to the Consumer & Trade Activation Manager, he/she will be responsible for the process of cycle POSM development and distribution of communication materials to sales branches. He/She will support the Consumer & Trade Activation Manager in all consumer and trade marketing related activities to achieve the pre-defined brand objectives. He/She will work closely with sales departments for consolidating account information for POSM implementation and also ensuring quality of consumer communciation tools. He/She will continuously monitor the effectiveness of the installed POSM and key visuals through communciation with related stakeholders.

What will you do?


  • Oversee development of campaign deliverables for each cycle:
    • Work closely with Brand & Field Marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency across all materials
    • Manage internal stakeholders as well as creative agency to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule
    • Act as JTI's key point of contact for agencies (creative/media/BTL)
    • Develop planogram in line with brand strategy for each cycle
    • Monitor competitors' in-store activities to ensure JTI competitiveness to gain share of voice within the retail environment
  • Oversee production of POSM materials for each cycle to ensure timely execution in the field:
    • Manage POSM agencies to ensure production and timely delivery of materials to branches
    • Manage production quantities in line with branch & portfolio strategy requirements
    • Work closely with Sales Planning to ensure cycle planning activities are aligned and communicated to Field Force
    • Provide merchandising communication, guidelines and training to Field Force as needed 
  • Develop BTL activation (stand-alone or as part of a cycle campaign) to drive awareness and build equity for JTI brands:
    • Identify consumer engagement opportunities that are consistent with overall brand strategy and positioning
    • Manage agency to ensure high quality of execution
  • Track and perform administrative tasks related to budget:
    • Manage costs within each project to ensure amount spent is within aligned budget
    • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and processes from an administrative point of view
  • Assist Consumer & Trade Activation manager to develop effective and impactful outfitting of image shops to drive brand equity and awareness.


Who are we looking for?


  • Bachelor degree
  • 3 years of marketing experience in FMCG or retail industries
  • Cross-cultural and functional project experience
  • Fluent written & spoken Korean and English (required)
  • Good skills in Powerpoint, Excel and Words (required)
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Agency management experience would be an advantage
  • Strong eye for detail
