Logistic Intern

This internship involves active participation in the Logistics Department, focusing primarily on achieveing and maintaining successful communication with the suppliers and in the transport proccesses. Responsibilities include supporting the communication with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, keeping the needed records. The program lasts 12 months and provides comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring.

Position:

· Providing support in communication with suppliers and internal users regarding delivery of materials, spare parts and sanitary samples

· Introduction of transportation procedure and import process

· Monitoring deliveries and providing shipment status updates

· Keeping records, archiving documents, and preparing reports for government authorities

Requirements:

· Final year student or recent graduate, background: Technical, Organizational and other related science

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluency in English and Serbian, both written and spoken
