This position exists to ensure that technical security standards are predefined and implemented across all IT systems to secure the integrity of JTI's system Security landscape from internal and external threat.

This person will be responsible for implementing, documenting and assessing security controls over a vast array of information and infrastructure technologies in JTI. This includes participating in hands-on implementation, complex integration work, infrastructure security assessment, hardening of configurations, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and defining policies/procedures for all system infrastructure in use in JTI.

 

The person will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain a standard set of technical solutions and security standards to improve the system security design of the in-house and third party developed solutions within an on-premise, cloud and mobile environment.
  • Ensure the best use of cyber security tools to protect the company, the customers, partners and systems from cyber-attacks and security incidents.
  • Provide technical security expertise, analysis and guidance to the IT teams (Global and Local) for both currently existing and new solution/projects as part of solution design/workshops and the change management process.
  • Support the Process coordination team in developing, reviewing, communicating and reinforcing system and infrastructure development security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
  • Deliver regular and consistent input and reports to support the JTI compliance, audit and risk control teams.
  • Support the Security Operations Centre team in analysis, evaluation and response to security incidents.
  • Ensure that required technical information for performing security incident handling by the Security Operations Centre team is provided on a timely manner.

 

Main requirements:

  • University degree in computer engineering and relevant experience in IT

Certifications such as CCSP, CCSK, CISSP, CCNP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA certification a plus

  • 5 + years’ experience of System design, System Security administration/management
  • Experience in the System environment of an international corporation in a multicultural environment
  • Server & Workstation security technology and complex system design & review is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Security Management standards such as OWASP, NIST, ISO, Cloud Alliance, PCI DSS
  • Understanding of network concepts, application security
  • Knowledge in the areas of server hardware and software, endpoint configuration as well as endpoint protection solutions and endpoint firewall solutions
  • Demonstrated capability to design, deploy and operationalize secure and highly scalable enterprise systems on cloud – Azur
  • Fluent English
  • Structured approach, ability to work with internal and external providers, autonomous
