REGIONAL COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE - EAST

To provide commercial and sales performance analysis by delivering timely and accurate business insights, supporting sales planning and budgeting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and achievement of regional commercial objectives.  

As the Regional Commercial Executive, you will do:

• Sales Performance Analysis:
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze regional sales performance data to identify trends, business opportunities, and improvement areas.
  •  2. Monitor product and SKU performance to evaluate sales effectiveness and support portfolio optimization.                                                             
• Commercial Reporting & Business Insights:
  • Develop analytical reports and actionable recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory trends, and customer demand to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support Regional Commercial Managers in evaluating business performance and recommending improvement initiatives.
• Sales Planning & Budget Coordination:
  • Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning activities in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Monitor budget utilization and assist in evaluating financial performance against business targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between commercial plans and business objectives.

Who are we looking for?

• • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Commercial, Business Analytics, or Sales Planning, preferably within a multinational FMCG or tobacco company.
  • Experience in sales reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels.  
  • Proficient in MS Excel and capable of delivering professional presentations.
  • Have good understanding of principles in:
