Agile Key Account Project Associate
The Agile Key Account Project Associate serves as a representative of JTI and its brands within the Scandinavian cluster. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the National Key Account Manager Scandinavia across a range of tasks. The position operates under the supervision and guidance of the National Key Account Manager Scandinavia.
A strong focus on administrative duties is essential, including the ability to manage large volumes of data, oversee multiple budgets, and coordinate several projects simultaneously. The role also requires flexibility and prioritisation skills to take on new initiatives as needed, including occasional support for the Sales Director Scandinavia.
Success in this position demands a high level of structure, proactivity, drive, commitment, and accountability to ensure the effective execution of tasks and projects. As an office-based role, the Agile Key Account Project Associate is expected to manage their time efficiently to maintain productivity and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with all stakeholders supporting the Norwegian, Icelandic and Finnish markets to assist the National Key Account Manager Scandinavia in terms of advising trade through account-specific portals, templates and processes
- Be the in-house coordinator with the overall responsibility to validate information and manage deadlines for trade in the respective market
- Analyse sales data for Norway and be responsible for monthly sales reports to the organisation
- Create reports in Excel (including financial reports)
- Manage projects related to key customer initiatives and internal projects in the Scandinavian cluster, such as TPD2 and P&L
- Participate in volume forecasts and budget management in Norway, Iceland and Finland in conjunction with the National Key Account Manager Scandinavia
- Build understanding of the tobacco category (Cigarettes, Snus and Nicotine Pouches) in the different markets
- Support both the National Key Account Manager Scandinavia and Sales Manager Norway, Iceland and Finland with preparations and creation of business cases for respective market
- Participate in field visits, sales conferences and customer meetings especially for Norway
- Proactively support and brief the National Key Account Manager Scandinavia with key insights
- Actively participate in company meeting / conferences sharing own experience and key learnings to challenge status quo constructively, to further increase effectiveness in processes
- Help and assist in the implementation of Sales strategies as well as build excellent internal relationships, close collaboration and open communication with key functions such as Activation, Brands, Strategic Insight, Finance and Logistics
Requirements
- University or equivalent education, preferably within business, sales, and/or economics
- Experience in sales, preferably within FMCG. Experience from the tobacco sector (or other restricted business) is highly valued but not a prerequisite
- Swedish & English, written and spoken with proficiency
- Computer Savvy and high-end skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel. Prior experience with CRM systems and SAP is beneficial
