Financial Entity Planning Analyst (SAT)
The position is responsible for formulating financial strategic plan for entities under Cluster Market structure based on market performance as well as project / monitor cash flow to ensure company's sustainability while providing recommendation to management team as business decision support. This incumbent will work with FP&A analyst, liaise with Entity Finance Controlling and Supply Planning functions for entity projection to support business strategy. Additionally, the role will ensure timely, accurate and efficient submission of all market financials and reporting requirements at Entity consolidated level.
As the Entity Planning Analyst, you will:

- Coordinate for financial planning cycles on financial planning & analysis, cash flow management and entity performance reporting at consolidated MFCF level under Cluster Market structure.
- Prepare working files and consolidate for Entity P&L, Balance Sheet and Market Free Cash Flow forecasting for OL/LE/A&SP planning processes.
- Establish templates and liaise with various business partners for financial input.
- Responsible for TM1/ IBP/ GPM systems upload and coordinate with Corporate FCF and Finance Performance teams for required analysis and timely submission.
- Perform HQ / Regional reporting requirements.
- Manage and analyze balance sheet and cash flow performance to ensure proper year-end landing and all operations are aligned with business sustainability.
- Deliver accurate monthly actuals submission and variance analysis to Corporate and Regional teams.
- Drive all MFCF activities with in-depth analysis on B/S accounts, EBITDA and Working Capital for reporting process of closing and planning with recommendations on cash flow optimization.
- Co-work with Entity Controlling team to manage periodical closing processes by coordinating with Accounting, GBS and cross-functional HQ partners.
- Forecast and manage InterCo, CAPEX, below OCC transactions, including GTR and Vietnam entity (RRP Global Sourcing) business transactions at Entity level.
- Collaborate with Global / Regional Tax & Treasury and liaise with SA for group reporting purpose.
- Support other functions and global projects on ad-hoc analysis on developing simulation and financial models to support business initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
- University degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting.

3 to 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related position, preferably in international environments.

Proficiency in MS Office skills (esp. Excel) and SAP knowledge; Experience with Financial Planning and Reporting.

Possess business acumen, strong analytical skills, the ability to work under time pressure, interpersonal skills to collaborate with different business partners, and a growth mindset.
