People & Culture Supervisor (North & South)
Objective
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary P&C partner for Leaf Operations Centers, supporting managers and employees on people-related matters across the employee lifecycle
- Support organizational development initiatives, including application of company principles, facilitation of workshops, and maintenance of up-to-date job descriptions
- Conduct headcount planning in collaboration with line managers to ensure alignment with operational and business needs
- Supervise and manage employment administration processes, including contracts, transfers, promotions, terminations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and personnel records
- Support and coordinate the performance management process, including objective setting, coaching, evaluations, and delivery of performance appraisal trainings
- Contribute to budget planning by providing input on headcount, training costs, and other workforce-related expenses in coordination with Finance and Operations
- Lead or support local and corporate projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and motivation
- Provide reporting, planning, and ad hoc support to the P&C Business Partner
- Manage authorized personnel actions for direct-report employees as required
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR / People & Culture or related roles
- Experience in a multinational or international organization is required
- Fluency in English and Amharic (spoken and written)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Knowledge of internal regulations and company safety policies
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
