The position holder drives data-based performance management across operations, including KPI analysis, visualization, and reporting to support strategic planning (e.g., ASP, OLs). They ensure timely data consolidation for informed decision-making and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as LCO, IWS, and Kaizen.

The role supports robust data systems, enforces daily routines, and facilitates regular performance reviews. It guides teams in solving gaps using tools like Why-Why, UPS, IPS, 
and IDA. Additional responsibilities include managing the Innovate suggestion system, coordinating ASP planning, ensuring accurate month-end closing, and promoting operational excellence through 5S and compliance with legal and JTI standards

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting across factory operations
  • Analyze production and machinery data, identify gaps, and prepare performance presentations.
  • Facilitate monthly performance meetings and ensure accurate month-end closing (stock reconciliation, production order validation)
  • Generate reports using global standards and ensure timely data submission.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S3R, TPM, Kanban, IWS, LCO).
  • Promote lean practices and waste elimination aligned with IWS principles and COTF program.
    Ensure pillar audits and action plan updates.
  • Provide on-the-job training and orientation for process improvement tools.
  • Define and communicate responsibilities clearly across teams
  • Manage the Innovate suggestion system and ensure follow-up and implementation
  • Encourage employee participation and lead coaching to improve suggestion KPIs.
  • Sustain a rewarding system to boost engagement and innovation

Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of general management and production technologies, process improvement , data analysis, quality standards, safety management and cost / budgetary control, leadership & motivation skills.
