IWS Manager

 

We are looking for an IWS Manager to lead the development and implementation of a world-class Integrated Work System (IWS) at our site. This is a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment, shaping both culture and performance while working closely with global IWS networks. The IWS Manager will play a key role in setting local strategy, coaching site leaders and teams, and ensuring the deployment of best-in-class systems and practices across all functions.

Position:

  • Set local IWS strategy: Develop and implement the local IWS plan in line with regional strategy. Lead local pillar trainers to deploy IWS across all lines and functions.

  • Continuous assessment and improvement of IWS Plans: Monitor and drive overall IWS progress; ensure pillars are healthy and integrated. Conduct regular pillar audits and adjust plans for continuous improvement.

  • Global capability building: Participate in regional and global initiatives. Share best practices to support capability building across the organization.

  • Accelerate Performance & Reapplication: Coach Site Leader, Pillar Owners, and teams to link IWS efforts to business results.

  • Shape IWS Zero Loss Culture: Promote IWS mindset, servant leadership, and high-performance organization principles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment, including at least 2 year of IWS related experience.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong change management skills with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations and production technologies.
