Line Manager: Talent Management Manager
Role Location: Seoul, South Korea
TALENT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (TEMPORARY)
Join our People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow, and thrive at JTI Korea. This role sits at the heart of Learning & Development while supporting broader Talent Management initiatives that build a strong and future-ready talent pipeline. If you enjoy coordinating impactful programs, working with diverse stakeholders, and making development meaningful, this role is for you.
This is a 12-month temporary position with the intention to convert a permanent role following a successful assessment period.
What You'll Do:

Support the full Learning & Development lifecycle, from training needs analysis to program delivery and evaluation

Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with business priorities

Coordinate learning programs, including logistics, vendors, contracts, payments, and quality management

Partner with global L&D teams to maximize the use of global learning resources in Korea

Support Talent Management initiatives such as leadership programs, engagement activities, and trainee development

Manage vendor processes, budgets, PR/PO/GR, and ensure compliance with internal policies

Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree
-
1–3 years of HR experience preferred, but high-potential entry-level candidates are welcome

Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
