TALENT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE (TEMPORARY)

 

Join our People & Culture team and play a key role in shaping how our people learn, grow, and thrive at JTI Korea. This role sits at the heart of Learning & Development while supporting broader Talent Management initiatives that build a strong and future-ready talent pipeline. If you enjoy coordinating impactful programs, working with diverse stakeholders, and making development meaningful, this role is for you.

This is a 12-month temporary position with the intention to convert a permanent role following a successful assessment period. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Support the full Learning & Development lifecycle, from training needs analysis to program delivery and evaluation

  • Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with business priorities

  • Coordinate learning programs, including logistics, vendors, contracts, payments, and quality management

  • Partner with global L&D teams to maximize the use of global learning resources in Korea

  • Support Talent Management initiatives such as leadership programs, engagement activities, and trainee development

  • Manage vendor processes, budgets, PR/PO/GR, and ensure compliance with internal policies

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred, but high-potential entry-level candidates are welcome

  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • A collaborative mindset aligned with JTI Our Way behaviors: empathy, ownership, curiosity, and future-focused thinking
