SCM Planner

The SCM / Logistics Planner is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of products across the supply chain. This role manages third-party logistics (3PL) providers, inventory control, importation activities, customs clearance, order fulfillment, and supply chain compliance. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills and close collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and service level performance.         

As the SCM Planner, you will:

• Own 3PL warehouse and transportation operations, including inventory control and issue handling
• Monitor and manage packing and parcel delivery processes to GT outlets
• Verify 3PL invoices and support logistics budget tracking
• Track and manage 3PL KPIs and support performance reviews
• Conduct occasional 3PL site visits to ensure operational compliance and service quality
• Perform inventory management activities including physical counts and system reconciliation
• Manage branch inventory reporting and sample inventory tracking
• Monitor product status and expiry and manage related actions
• Report quality issues through FMS and coordinate follow-ups
• Coordinate destruction processes and support tax return-related requirements
• Manage import activities including shipping schedule checks and document validation
• Coordinate customs clearance and resolve customs-related issues
• Prepare and submit customs-related reports as required
• Manage order operations for KA and GT including daily order confirmation and shipment processing
• Handle shipment issues (damage, missing items, delays) and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Manage and review SAP entries to ensure accurate posting and data integrity
• Maintain DSD information including SKU master maintenance where applicable
• Execute month-end activities, including monthly closing and required logistics reports

Requirements:

• University degree
• 3+ years of experience in logistics
• Experience in 3PL management (in-house 3PL oversight and/or experience working for a 3PL provider)
• Nice to have: 3PL bidding/tender support experience, Customs clearance experience, Inventory closing experience, Importation experience
• Fluent Korean and English (speaking, listening, writing)
• Strong understanding of logistics flows and site operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Working knowledge of WMS
