[Position Purpose]

Assist in supporting the Reduced Risk Product (RRP) team with the overall objective of increasing volume, market share, and profitability of JTI RRP brands, especially with the development of Consumer Experience Management strategy and implementation of go-to-market plans in on/offline channels.

 

[Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required]

  • Major in Marketing or a related Business field
  • 1+ years of FMCG marketing would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Data analysis skills would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong team player, organized, self-motivated, & results-driven mindset
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders

 

[Main Areas of Responsibility]

Brand Support and Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing brand marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, events).
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams (RRP, RMC, Consumer Insight) to ensure seamless implementation
  • Support brand asset localization (messaging, internal communication, etc.)

Consumer Journey and Experience Mapping

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing consumer feedback (surveys, digital channels, and offline activities)
  • Support mapping of end-to-end consumer journeys (awareness to acquisition to retention)
  • Help identify friction points and recommend improvement ideas

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor activities, pricing changes, product launches, and market trends
  • Prepare periodic performance reports to support brand strategy decisions
  • Conduct basic consumer insight gathering (surveys, social listening, field visits)

Administrative and Operational Task

  • Handle routine RRP team's operations (meeting notes, file organization, reports, competitors' trackers)
  • Manage sample requests, product inventories, and internal approvals
