[Position Purpose]

Support the Omnichannel & Digital team in enhancing consumer experience and driving business impact by optimizing Global Consumer Care integration, digital touchpoints, strengthening, and the execution of data-driven omnichannel initiatives that contribute to brand growth and commercial performance.

 

[Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required]

  • Major in Marketing or a related Business field
  • 1+ years of FMCG marketing would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Understanding of digital platforms and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze basic digital performance metrics such as GA and website funnels. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine interest in digital and consumer experience.

 

[Main Areas of Responsibility]

Consumer Experience & Global Consumer Care Support 

  • Support monitoring, consolidation, and progress tracking of consumer experience cases aligned with GCC standards, enabling timely issue identification and structured escalation management.
  • Assist in compiling consumer feedback across channels and preparing concise insight summaries.
  • Updates of consumer facing global guidelines, FAQs, and knowledge assets to ensure consistency with GCC global standards.

Digital Journey Optimization & Performance Support

  • Support New Product launch readiness by reviewing digital touchpoints, confirming system alignment (web/eCRM).
  • Support review of GA metrics, including traffic quality, funnel conversion, and interaction behavior.
  • Conduct Website QA for systematic checks of consumer funnel flows to ensure journey stability and identify issues.

Integrated Marketing project & Asset Coordination

  • Support the preparation of planning decks, performance updates, internal alignment documents, and cross-functional communication materials.
  • Assist in development and execution support for omnichannel promotions aligned with business priorities and brand direction.
  • Coordinate asset development with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and brand consistency.

Market Intelligence, Trend Analysis & Operational Support

  • Conduct research on emerging trends across FMCG, competitors' digital engagement, and consumer behavior, synthesizing key implications for the business.
  • Assist in managing marketing asset inventory, tracking vendor requests, and maintaining documentation for operational accuracy.
  • Support PR/PO/GR alignment and maintenance of the RRP budget log documents.
