Reduced-Risk-Products Consumer Experience Associate (Temporary)
The RRP Consumer Experience Associate is a hands-on role focused on shaping and delivering impactful direct-to-consumer experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints. Over the 12-month period, you will help bring Reduced Risk Product (RRP) strategies to life by executing engaging, data-driven consumer journeys aligned with global brand direction, local market insights, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Consumer Experience Manager and external agencies, you will gain end-to-end exposure to consumer experience strategy, omnichannel activation, and performance optimization—making this an exciting opportunity to build capability while delivering visible impact in a dynamic marketing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Consumer Experience Strategy & Planning: Support the development and execution of Consumer Experience Management (CEM) strategies across digital and physical touchpoints. Ensure activations align with global brand strategy, RRP objectives, and legal requirements.
- Paid Media & Digital Marketing Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Naver, and YouTube.Coordinate with agencies on campaign briefs, media mix, optimization, and KPI delivery.
- Omnichannel Activation & Execution:Manage end-to-end consumer activations across online and offline channels. Execute digital campaigns, KOL/influencer programs, social amplification, pop-ups, and experiential events. Ensure consistent messaging and seamless consumer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track campaign and consumer performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI. Analyze results and provide insights and optimization recommendations.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends within the RRP category.Apply insights to continuously improve consumer engagement strategies.
- Budget & Stakeholder Management: Track project budgets and manage administrative processes in line with internal policies.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
What We’re Looking For

University degree with a strong academic standard.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Consumer Experience, Consumer Engagement, or paid media; FMCG/Cosmetics experience is preferred.

Solid understanding of consumer journey design, omnichannel marketing, and CRM.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Fluent in both English and Korean.
