Consumer Experience Associate (Temporary)

 

Bring JTI brands to life where it matters most: in-store and with consumers. You’ll coordinate campaigns, POSM production, and on-ground activations with brand, sales, and agency partners to build visibility, awareness, and trial. It’s a hands-on role with broad exposure—great for early‑career marketers who want to learn fast and make an immediate impact.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Support end-to-end campaign deliverables each cycle with the Brand team and agencies, ensuring on-time, on-brief execution
  • Oversee POSM production and distribution to sales branches; align quantities with portfolio and branch needs
  • Create planograms and merchandising guidelines; equip the Field Force with clear communications and training
  • Identify and run BTL activations that drive awareness and equity; monitor competitors’ in-store activity
  • Track effectiveness using data and market trends; recommend optimizations to keep communication relevant
  • Manage project budgets and administrative tasks with full policy compliance
  • Explore new channels and consumer engagement opportunities to grow brand presence

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Around 1-3 years of marketing experience in FMCG is preferred
  • Fluent in Korean and English; strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
  • Solid project management, clear communication, and teamwork; able to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset; experience managing agencies is an advantage
  • Passion for consumers and curiosity about trends; comfortable collaborating across functions
