Brand Trainee

[Position Purpose]
Assist in supporting the Brand team with the overall objective of increasing volume, market share and profitability of JTI brands with the development of brand strategy, new product development, and development and implementation of go-to-market plans.
[Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required]
- High standard of university degree (required)
- Requirements specifically for local applicants:
- All levels of experience and backgrounds will be considered - Fluent written and spoken Korean and English is essential in combination with strong
communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

- Product Launch and Activation Initiatives
- Help to plan and optimize marketing campaigns for product launch initiatives - Industry Analysis and Reporting
- Compile and share reports on brand performance
- Monitor and analyze industry dynamics, including consumer, trade, and competitive trends - Support Brand Managers
- Perform other assignments or special projects to assist brand managers in the delivery of business objectives
