Utility Engineer
Key responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of factory utilities—including electricity, compressed air, steam, vacuum, and water systems—to support continuous production and operational efficiency
- Maintain optimal microclimate conditions across all factory buildings through proper coordination of HVAC systems and related infrastructure installations
- Lead and coordinate external suppliers maintaining all utility systems and infrastructure installations, including compressed air, steam, vacuum, HVAC, pipelines, and electrical networks
- Coordinate factory utilities and infrastructure-related projects
- Monitor energy consumption using dedicated systems and ensure optimal usage across all infrastructure assets
- Propose and implement improvements and optimization plans related to energy efficiency and infrastructure performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Engineering Sciences

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of industrial and infrastructure equipment

Fluency in English language

PC skills, with focus on MS Office applications and SAP software

Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace
