Track & Trace Specialist

Position: You will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance with the monitoring processes for the production and distribution of finished tobacco products, aligning with the Domestic and EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU. Acting as a local expert, this role ensures all required analyses and reports meet legal standards while maintaining expertise in relevant processes, systems, and procedures. You will:

• Verify, validate, and correct Track & Trace code requests for finished product production to prevent delays or disruptions to the production plan
• Monitor production plan changes to ensure Track & Trace codes are available for uninterrupted production
• Maintain communication and manage collaboration with the external code issuer
• Ensure timely and accurate information flow between governmental and internal
• company IT system
• Validate messages generated in Track & Trace systems based on SAP data
• Coordinate and support testing of new or updated Track & Trace system solutions, including Master Data validation and acceptance testing
• Ensure production lines are registered in the Track & Trace system

Requirements:

• Completed at least a four-year technical secondary school
• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant technology
• Basic PC skills (MS Office applications)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and PLC system
• Good knowledge of English language
• Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace
• Responsible, with team-oriented mindset
