Planning & Direct Purchasing Associate

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain ERP parameters; monitor daily material planning to ensure timely ordering, production plan flexibility, and inventory target adherence
   
• Timely PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) maintenance to support the NPD (New Product Development) process for new material pricing, PO (purchase order) placement dates, delivery confirmation, and planned write-offs
   
• Prepare templates and reports for tracking KPIs, avoiding write-offs, and studying inventory levels, warehouse utilization and material movement; monitor utilization of Tobacco Import Duty Contingent
   
• Ensure compliance with direct material purchasing policies and procedures with visibility for corporate audits
   
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all SAP files and transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering
   
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, procurement, or logistics
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
   
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
   
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
   
• Comfortable working in a team and in a dynamic work environment
