People & Culture Intern
Learning Areas:
- HR Administration and Recruitment – supporting key HR administrative processes, with a focus on recruitment and selection
- Business Communication – developing communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Onboarding Support – assisting with orientation sessions for new hires and supporting them during their first days in the company
- Event Organization – participating in the coordination of events, factory visits, and tours
- Learning and Development – supporting workshops and trainings for employee development
- Employer Branding – contributing to projects that promote the company as an attractive employer
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related fields

Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfortable working in a team and in a dynamic environment
