Function: Product Cost Associate
Reporting to: Factory Finance Manager

Product Cost Associate

In this role you will be supporting product cost planning, controlling, monitoring and reviews. You will keep up to date data related to tobacco farmers and work on month-end closing, as well as on actuals reporting, budgeting and forecast.

Position

• Record the delivery and final payments of the tobacco to the farmers; prepare and send the summary of all the existing debts and duties towards each other to all the farmers
• Track of actual cost, calculate variances, do the related analysis and reporting
• Work on budgeting, planning and reporting related to production cost and inventories
• Collect, monitor, report and analyse KPI's; support month-end closing activities and monthly actuals reporting
• Take part in management reporting required on local and regional level
• Keep accurate and timely records about the basic data related to the farmers: accuracy and content of contracts, analytical record of all transactions, reports on given advances, periodic and annual reconciliation

Requirements

• We believe that at least a year of experience in finance will set you up for success
• You are analytical with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Serbian and advanced English
• Advanced Excel is required; SAP is a plus

• Experience in FMCG industry will be considered a plus

• You have Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related
