Integrated Work System Intern
*Integrated Work System is a methodology focused on continuous improvement.
Learning Areas:
-
Implementing and maintaining Integrated Work System standards within a manufacturing environment
-
Participating in IWS brand awareness initiativies strengthening the system within employees and brand activation in other factory units
-
Hands-on experience with daily production activities and a deeper understanding of manufacturing processes
-
Communication with internal and external stakeholders and how to monitor deliveries and projects in appropriate defined schedule
-
Support in preparation of reports based on fulfilled key performance indicators in production, their analyse and suggesting improvements
-
Contributing to visual management and 5S activities in the manufacturing plant, supporting workplace organization, performance tracking, and communication through visual tools
Requirements & Expectations:
-
Final-year student or a recent graduate from faculties of technical, organizational or related disciplines

Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good written and verbal communication skills in English
-
Comfortable working in a team and in a dynamic environment
