Factory Finance Manager
Position: This role leads factory finance operations for cigarette manufacturing and leaf origin, covering product costing, planning, reporting, and financial performance management. The position plays a critical role within the factory leadership team and contributes to strategic decision-making. This includes:
- Lead planning, controlling, and reporting of product cost, inventories, CAPEX, fixed assets, and free cash flow for the factory
- Ensure accurate product costing and variance analysis between standard and actual costs
- Drive annual budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly financial updates in line with IFRS
- Act as a key member of the factory management team, supporting business cases, ROI analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead period-end closing activities in SAP and ensure compliance with internal controls and J-SOX requirements
- Manage and develop the factory finance team and support talent development
- Support internal and external audits and cooperate with tax, treasury, and other finance stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance
- Min. 5 years of finance management experience in manufacturing / FMCG
- Strong expertise in product costing, financial planning, reporting, and CAPEX analysis
- SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills (PowerPoint required; Power BI is a plus)
- Advanced English; ACCA or CIMA (full or partial) is an advantage
- Business-oriented finance leader with strong analytical skills, hands-on mindset, collaborative leadership style, and ability to perform under pressure
