Marketing Associate Bosnia & Herzegovina and Montenegro

 

 

Position: Responsible for the planning and development of brand strategies and investment levels for the Combustibles portfolio across the Adriatica region, with a primary focus on Bosnia and Montenegro. The position operates within competitive and legislative frameworks and supports the Group Brand Manager by delivering data‑driven recommendations based on market, consumer, and financial analysis, aimed at driving sustainable profitability and volume growth across the portfolio. In this role, you will:

 

  • Support the development and execution of Brand and Activation plans in close cooperation with the line manager and Brand team, including priorities, objectives, and budget management
  • Support the Group Brand Manager in delivering multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring strong organization and execution discipline
  • Monitor brand performance through regular follow‑up and reporting, ensuring alignment with JTI brand values, KPIs, and budgets, and proposing corrective actions where needed
  • Analyze internal sales data, P&Ls, and external sources (Nielsen, Brand Tracker) to provide insights and recommendations supporting brand health and performance
  • Manage RMC (Ready Made Cigarettes) and Fine Cut portfolio projects using the PLM system, from idea generation to product roll‑out, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Cooperate with global and local agencies to develop 360° integrated marketing activities across all consumer touchpoints
  • Conduct regular market and field visits to support execution, gather competitive intelligence, and capture retail and consumer feedback

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant FMCG marketing experience
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills with very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and learning agility
  • Valid driving license and readiness for regular market visits
