People & Culture Business Partner Manager
Purpose of the role:
The incumbent is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in RMC Factory. This position serve as a liaison between management team, P&C department, and employees to develop, enact, and monitor human resources initiatives and programs across business. This is a highly dynamic role, balancing direct oversight of P&C efforts and employee relations with long-term strategic direction and implementation of employee hiring, development and retention plans to enhance business performance and profitability.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and general knowledge in the area;
- University degree in Business Administration, Phsycology or any related areas;
- Fluently in English and Portuguese; PC literacy: MS Office, Success Factors;
- Cross cultural competence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, very good negotiation skills, as well as very good communication and strategic vision.
Your day to day:
- Responsible for making sure People & Culture policy and procedures throughout the RMC Factory clients departments fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and its leadership.This includes consulting of managers and employees regarding all P&C related issues and questions, ensuring all personnel measures (Hiring, transfers, warnings, terminations) mediation and solving of conflicts, consulting of the management in questions regarding labour law and compensation. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, engagement, and increase productivity and retention;
- Liaison between P&C CoE and local business, conducting and aligning activities:
_Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the P&C group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
_Provide guidance and input on business restructures, compensation, benefits and workforce planning;
_Support selection process;
_Conduct trainings to develop employees in P&C tools (recruitment, feedback, based competencies interview and others);
_Ensure the best employee experience from onboarding to exit; - Talent management:
Manage the Talent Reviews process and Succession Planning meetings in close collaboration with the leaders, provide support to development plan of their employees and guide the leader to apply the recovery plan due the low employee performance; - D&I:
Sponsorship and support to all Diversity and Inclusion initiatives; -
Projects and Others:
_Managing and supporting strategic P&C projects._Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required;

Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
