What this position is about - Purpose:
Are you a recent Engineering graduate (or finishing your degree) and looking to start your career in an industrial environment?

What this program is about:

Professional development program for recent graduates or students in the last year of university.

Duration: 2 years.

Full time position.

Rotations in different factory departments: Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS.

What will you do – Responsibilities:
Since this is a rotational program, your scope will evolve over time. You will contribute to day-to-day factory operations while developing strong technical and people skills.
Production
-
Support daily production execution: monitoring key parameters, following standards, and supporting the team.
-
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (waste reduction, efficiency, line stability, changeover optimization).
-
Assist in root-cause analysis of performance deviations and implement corrective actions (e.g., basic problem-solving methods).
-
Support data collection, analysis and reporting (KPIs, losses, downtime, quality deviations) and translate insights into actions.
-
Contribute to standard work and process stabilization activities (work instructions, visual management, shopfloor routines).
Engineering
-
Support the Engineering team in equipment/process improvements, reliability topics and technical projects.
-
Participate in troubleshooting and technical investigations (equipment losses, recurring stoppages).
-
Assist with documentation related to technical changes (e.g., updates to procedures, basic technical reporting).
-
Contribute to safety and good engineering practices during improvements.
Quality
-
Support Quality routines: inspection, control plan adherence, deviation handling and basic quality reporting.

Participate in investigations of quality issues and support CAPA follow-up.
-
Contribute to reinforcing quality mindset on the shopfloor and compliance with procedures.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
-
Participate in risk assessments, safety observations, and follow-up of action plans.

Support incident/near-miss reporting and basic investigations (data gathering, contributing to root-cause analysis and corrective actions).

Promote a strong safety culture.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:

Recent graduate or final-year student in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automation, or similar).

Strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes and hands-on problem solving.

Comfortable working with data and KPIs (basic analysis, reporting, drawing conclusions).
-
Interest in continuous improvement / lean mindset.
-
Proactive & curious: ask questions, seek root causes and drive follow-up.
-
Adaptable: thrive in rotations and learn quickly in new environments.
-
Structured & reliable: work with discipline, safety and attention to detail.
-
Collaborative: communicate well with operators, technicians, engineers, and quality teams.

Value-oriented: focus on solutions that improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Fluent English (C1).
