Sales Capabilities Manager
As Sales Capabilities Manager, you will lead the transformation of how our Sales teams execute, coach and grow in the market. This role is at the heart of building a high-performance culture - ensuring teams consistently apply best-in-class execution standards, strong compliance discipline and impactful coaching routines that drive sustainable growth and consumer acquisition. Working closely with the RTC & Sales Effectiveness Lead and P&C, you will design scalable capability solutions, influence frontline leadership and create meaningful impact across the region.
Position:
- Drive Field Execution Standards & Compliance Discipline: Embed and reinforce sales execution standards, steps-of-the-call, merchandising rules, coverage discipline and RTC routines across all Sales roles to ensure consistent market execution.
- Translate Policies into Field Behaviours : Convert company policies, compliance requirements and operational expectations into practical, field-executable standards, tools and behaviors for frontline teams.
- Strengthen Coaching Culture & Frontline Enablement: Build leadership capability by equipping frontline managers with structured coaching frameworks, routines and tools that improve both performance and compliance behaviours.
- Monitor Execution Quality & Performance Gaps: Observe field execution and coaching sessions to identify behavioural, capability and compliance gaps and drive corrective actions through targeted interventions and coaching, facilitate working sessions, inspire and motivate the team, proactively share ideas on how to enhance sales capability and performance.
- Own Capability Architecture & Learning Content: Lead the design, development and governance of Sales capability frameworks, workshops, training content and certification pathways aligned to RTC priorities and execution standards.
- Partner Cross-Functionally on Capability Development: Collaborate closely with P&C and business stakeholders to develop scalable capability roadmaps and learning pathways, while managing external training partners where appropriate and maintaining ownership of learning standards and content quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Sales, Commercial Management, Learning & Development or related field would be an advantage).
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales Capability, Field Sales, Commercial Excellence, Learning & Development or Sales Effectiveness roles within FMCG or a related industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong experience in frontline sales coaching, field execution standards, capability building and compliance management across multi-site or regional operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence leaders and drive behavioral change across diverse sales teams.
