RRP DTC Specialist

 

 

Position

The RRP Direct-to-Consumer specialist is responsible for co-designing and executing the activation strategy and development of consumer programs mechanics. This includes:

  • input for the consumer initiatives planning and development of omnichannel brand activation programs,
  • designing mechanics and implementation of direct to consumer programs with main focus on events and consumer care,
  • coordination and synchronized execution of DTC strategy with other teams,
  • setting and analyzing KPIs, providing optimization recommendations,
  • planning and monitoring brand activation budget.

 

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Fundamental knowledge of marketing principles with min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in activation, marketing or trade marketing positions preferably in Food / Tobacco, FMCG, Consumer Electronics. Experience in 360-always-on marketing
  • Communication & Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Latvian (written & spoken)
  • Soft skills: proficiency in PM, analysis & problem solving with ability to connect the dots and interpret consumer
