Consumer Activation Manager Latvia

 

What this position is about – Purpose:

 

This position is the driving force behind translation of brand objectives and strategies into Consumer Experience plans and programs clude the evolution and maintenance of a distinctive and engaging Consumer brand proposition, developing briefs, agency management, consumer care supervision, while managing alignment with key stakeholders, in line with JTI HQ and Local Management priorities, Brand Guidelines, A&SP Milestones and Legal Requirements.

 

What will you do – Responsibilities:

 

  • MAIN BRAND TONE & VOICE GUARDINIAN; Act as brand guardian to ensure all communication projects are building toward the broader brand vision and ensure a cohesive implementation of the strategy consistently. Evolve and maintain a distinctive and engaging consumer brand proposition including visual identity and tone of voice. Drive RRP brand knowledge to ensure key stakeholders are up to date with what our brand positioning is by proactive communication with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • CE ACTIVITIES PLANING; Design quality input for the annual plan of consumer activation initiatives, optimizing the route-to-consumer and omnichannel based on consumer needs and competitive landscape.
  • BRAND ACTIVATION PLAN EXECUTION; Execute the brand activation plan working in close partnership with internal stakeholders, securing an optimal resource allocation in line with defined budget and brand guidelines, constantly re-assessing allocation after careful evaluation of the main KPIs and ROI.
  • CONSUMER CARE; Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
  • BUDGET; Executes the budget. Provides input for planning the budget according to the agreed Masterplan. Monitors and controls the brand budget lines (consumer/ trade activation, own retail & events) regularly to ensure optimal ROI.
     

Who are we looking for – Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in activation, marketing or trade marketing positions
  • University degree and fundamental knowledge of marketing principles 
  • Fluency in English and Latvian (written & spoken)
  • PC Skills: Microsoft Office expertise
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience would be an advantage
