Regional Sales & Administrative Associate (Administrative Assistant)

 

The Regional Sales & Administrative Associate serves as the primary administrative and operational support for the branch sales organization. The role is responsible for managing reports, documentation, expense processing, employee records coordination, branch administration, and communication between field teams and various company departments. While supporting sales operations, the position is largely focused on administrative coordination, ensuring that branch activities, employee requirements, financial processes, and office operations run efficiently.

The role works closely with Sales, People & Culture, Marketing, Distributor Management, and other support functions to maintain organized processes, accurate documentation, and seamless day-to-day branch operations.

 

As a Regional Sales & Administrative Associate, you will:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents required by the Area Sales Manager and branch leadership.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to branch operations, ensuring timely completion of documentation and records management.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry inventories, branch consumables, and other administrative resources.
  • Process branch expenses, reimbursements, revolving fund liquidations, and administrative financial transactions.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, training sessions, workshops, and company events.
  • Maintain branch organizational charts, territory maps, vehicle records, and other operational databases.
  • Support People & Culture activities, including attendance monitoring, employee movement documentation, onboarding requirements, and employee concerns.
  • Assist in compliance-related activities, government requirements, audits, and branch documentation management.
  • Provide administrative support for distributor management activities, sales projects, and field force development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of branch administrative processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, office administration, sales administration, or related functions.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in SAP or other enterprise systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative requirements simultaneously.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and customer-service oriented.
